1 star because it has to be. in short.... here we learn that human life and human suffering has no value.

The new appointment process is awful. I cannot go to my local surgery in Steeple Bumpstead to book an appointment as they are handled by this surgery so I ring this surgeyer but every time I do its busy and rather than put me on hold it just hangs up so each time I ring again I have to sit through 5 minutes of a computer talking to me. I understand this is not the staffs fault and when I have talked to them they seem great but please sort this out. Moreover, because appointments are only released at 8.00 and 13.00 daily it means I cannot book in advance! I literally do not understand why they changed it from the last system which usually saw me seen within a day or so.

Having had to make numerous appointments recently I can only praise the help I have been given by all who work in this practice. I have managed to get appointments and every doctor and health professional who has dealt with me has been exceptional. Considering the National shortage of GP's I think this very large practice are coping well under immense strain and doing the best they possibly can.. Thank you.

Called yesterday morning, number 19 on the list. After 10 mins, got an appointment with a specialist within 2 hours. Fantastic service from the receptionist I spoke to and the specialist we saw. Can't fault them, great work in difficult times!

Just spoke to a receptionist omg what a horrible horrible person. If your calls are being recorded, please listen to the tone your receptionist is using on your patients, absolutely awful, unprofessional and not necessary.

Painfully giving one star here as there isn't an option to give no stars. Utterly woeful. I have been trying to get to see a GP for 3 weeks and you are only allowed to call up for an appointment either at 8am or 1pm on the day... not able to book in advance and having tried 9 times to be connected at 1pm to be told that all lines are busy and to call back... I eventually am connected to find that I am number 19 in the queue to be answered and an operator will be with me shortly! Not a hope with 19 people ahead of me and by the time they answer the appointments will be gone! Appalling, tedious and my health is suffering as a result.

Gave up after waiting 2 hours just to book a return call with a doctor. 1 hour was spent as 'number 1 in the queue'!

I have a suspected case of Shingles and can't get an appointment to see a doctor unless I sit and wait - the last couple of times I did sit and wait it was for over two and a half hours. I would prefer not to sit and wait and infect anyone else. I have tried on 2 separate days for appointments and spent over 40 minutes waiting on the phone............. Reception staff are patient but this service is far from being good enough!

I don't personally use this surgery but an elderly relative of mine does. They have needed to go recently so I have been taking them as they don't drive. On every visit we have been kept waiting for at least an hour. The staff have all been friendly but this doesn't make up for the very long waiting time which is not something you'd expect when you've made an appointment. They should only book as many people in as they can manage in a day. I will certainly not be switching to this surgery and would not recommend.

I tried to find the location of the Kedington surgery on your website but kept being taken back to Christmas Maltings in Haverhill. There is no indication on the Googl Maps of the Kedington Surgery (or Clements). I had to call Christmas Maltings and wait for a response to ask for the actual address of the Kedington Surgery. Please add a red location marker for this surgery! When I eventually found the Surgery, it was very efficient, helpful staff and easy to visit. Keith Virgo
