Fantastic 10 stars not praise enough. My Dog Monty can be very anxious and stressed. But the amazing Vikky worked her magic on him and had his first haircut since the pandemic. She succeeded where others have failed. So thank you so very much ❤️ Anyone with nervous dogs I highly recommend to everyone. Plus bonus comes to your home so no travelling.

So happy with my puppies groom.Vicky listened as I had a bad first experience with Teddy first groom, I didn't recognise him he was scalped. Vicky was very attentive and gentle with my puppy. He looks beautiful. Rebooked as I was so pleased.

We have been using Elegant Pets Mobile Spa for over 4 years & Vicky provides an amazing service. She makes my dog very comfortable & drops her back looking & smelling beautiful. I called Vicky due to concerns over my cats claws. One appeared to be ingrown and having never had them cut before she was quick to respond and offer to see him. Although extremely busy she saw him the next morning, cut his claws and gave advice on what to do in terms of bathing his paw after. Lovely lady, very professional and fantastic with our old and grumpy cat who surprisingly reacted better than what I thought! Can't recommend Vicky highly enough and would happily give more than 5 stars! 🤗

This was our Queenie’s first professional grooming. Mobile service was really important to us as Queenie is a nervous little thing. Victoria came in to meet her and was so gentle and kind with her. She took her time, didn’t rush Queenie along and went out of her way to make her feel comfortable. Vicky has been grooming my dogs for over 3 years. She is fabulous with my reactive and nervous cavapoo Lola and my nervous rescue Molly. She does a great job, is always on time and always goes out of her way to fit you in around your own schedule. It’s so handy being mobile too! Highly recommended

Just had my 2 Golden Doodles, Millie & Dora groomed today. A thoroughly professional experience. My dogs loved it. They now look a million dollars and smell amazing too. I was worried that they wouldn't like it as this was their first groom but in the end they didn't want to leave the van. Victoria is a lovely lady and connects with the dogs straight away which makes them feel calm and stress free. She does a fantastic job and I wouldn't hesitate in giving her 5/5 for today's visit.
